Tai Chi is more than a series of movements; it’s a practice of harmony, balance, and inner...

We cherish the strength of community. We believe that through shared practice and mutual support, we can grow, heal, and thrive together.
We are committed to guiding you on a healing journey, but ultimately, the best healer and teacher is yourself. Only you have the power to change your life.
We embrace a holistic approach emcompassing physical, mental, enviromental and energetic dimensions to nurture your vitalit and overall health.
Numerous studies indicate that stress and a sedentary lifestyle are major health risks in modern society. Research shows that mindful bodywork such as Tai Chi can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes and obesity. It also boosts productivity, enhances quality of life, and promotes longevity and happiness.
At The Healing Hut, we offer a nourishing space where you can relax, rest and restore healing connections within yourself and with the world around you. Our services include group and private consultation, tutorial, classes, and workshops in self-healing practices such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation.
Our mission is to encourage proactive self-care and regular bodywork as the best treatment. At The Healing Hut, we believe in investing in prevention rather than cure, empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being and enjoy a healthier, happier life.
We aspire to enhance the health and happiness of 1,000,000,000 people worldwide.

We chose the Tai Chi symbol as the archetype for our logo, incorporating the stroke of traditional Chinese brush painting to honor the whakapapa of Tai Chi.
The drop of ink resembles a person’s head, symbolizing our bow to papatūānuku. The upward direction of the stroke represents healing and positive change.
Jing Jing is the most wonderful Tai chi and Qigong teacher that you will find.
She is very knowledgeable, a natural teacher, makes classes fun but expects students to work and learn and make sure we all do. She is a master Tai chi practitioner who loves to share her wisdom . She had a depth of knowledge and enthusiasm you only rarely find in a teacher.
Can't recommend her enough!
My partner& I had a wonderful private QiGong workshop with JingJing. She has such a clear and understandable way of sharing the theory and practice of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Chinese medicine principles. Her knowledge and experience runs deep but she makes it all very accessible and you can immediately feel the benefits of the QiGong. I'm sure you will leave JingJing's sessions feeling enlightened and inspired!
