 24-Form Tai Chi For beginner | Christchurch

Time: 6-7pm Wednesday 7 May - 9 July 2025
Venue: Mary Potter Community Centre, 442 Durham Street North, St Albans, Christchurch 

This 10-week course is designed for beginners and intermediate students. Jingjing will guide you every step of the way. If you’re a complete beginner, expect to put in a little extra home practice to help your body build muscle memory.

Specifically tailored for beginners, our 8-Form Tai Chi Workshop offers an ideal foundation for practicing Tai Chi daily from the comfort of your home.

Time: 9.30am-4pm Saturday 
Venue: Broadgreen Centre Le Cren Meeting Room,276 Nayland Road, Stoke

Created over 1,800 years ago by the legendary doctor Hua Tuo, it helps you connect with the energy of five powerful animals: Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane.

Time: 9.30am-4pm Saturday 
Venue: Mary Potter Community Centre, 442 Durham Street North, St Albans, Christchurch 

By the end of the workshop you will be able to practice a classic qigong routine by yourself: Ba Duan Jin-The 8 Brocade Qigong. Ideal for Taichi and Qi Gong Beginners. Limit to 8 people . Please bring a small portion of Kai for shared lunch.
