Why I Do What I Do
Recognized by the UN as intangible cultural heritage, Tai Chi is a treasure that needs to be preserved for the benefit of all humanity. It is a gentle but profound healing practice that can support wellbeing and help prevent modern health challenges such as diabetes, cancer, stress, and mental health concerns.
Through past years of immersion in Rongoā, I have come to appreciate how our connection with our culture, our family, the environment, and our authentic nature shapes our health.
Today, I teach Tai Chi, Qi Gong and offer Rongoā-inspired gifts to share the wisdom passed down from the ancestors and teachers, inviting you to nurture yourself and create a calmer, more balanced, and sustainable life.
Our Values
We nourish holistic wellbeing, honouring the deep connections between mind, body, and the individual and collective.
We treasure community, creating spaces to learn, move, and grow together—uplifting spirits and inspiring personalised Tai Chi practice.
We prioritise self-care, encouraging you to fill your own cup first—through gentle routines that restore balance—so you can share your light with others from a place of vitality.

Jingjing is an exceptional instructor, her passion for Tai chi was contagious. Her ability to teach movements while cuing techniques was done in a gentle, kind, professional manner that was easy to grasp and learn. Her knowledge and understanding of body awareness and positioning was explained well.
The videos she shared with us have equipped us for practice and improvement. -

Thank you Jingjing. The attachments are very helpful.I think the workshops you delivered over the two days should be the starting point for any beginner before moving to any other Tai chi programmes. Thank you.
