Rest, Reset & Reconnect

A gentle space to slow down, be heard, and come back to yourself.

These sessions are especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, tired, in pain, or emotionally full — or if you’ve simply been giving too much of yourself to others for too long.

When the body is allowed to soften into a more receptive (yin) state, it becomes easier to gently work with deeper layers of tension held in the tissues. It’s also a chance to build body awareness, and reconnect with your natural ability to listen and receive.

This is your time to rest and receive care.

All sessions are tailored to your needs on the day and may include insightful conversation (whitiwhiti kōrero), hands-on healing bodywork, Rongoā-inspired plant treatment, and personalised self-care guidance on request.

🌿 Grounding Reset (45 minutes) – $80

A gentle, focused session to help you release tension and come back into your body.

Good for you if you are:

-New to healing work

-Feeling mildly stressed or tired

-Needing a short reset in a busy schedule

-Wanting a simple check-in and release


🌱 Healing Session (60 minutes) – Special $100 ⭐ Most Popular

A full one-hour session to support nervous system regulation, stress release, and deeper balance.

Good for you if you are:

-Experiencing ongoing stress or overwhelm

-Carrying physical or emotional tension

-Wanting full-body support and grounding

-Ready for meaningful restoration


🌿 Deep Rest Session (90 minutes) – $150

An extended session for deep relaxation, integration, and longer-term patterns of stress or pain.

Good for you if you are:

- Experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue

- Holding long-term tension or pain patterns

- Wanting spacious, profound support

-Needing deeper emotional or physical release

**This deep rest session includes a rongoā product to take home, supporting your continued self-care beyond the session.

 

🌱 Healing Journey Package

3 × 60-min sessions    $270 ($300 value, save $30)

Why 3 sessions?

Because many issues don't develop overnight.

Stress, tension, burnout, and patterns of always putting yourself last often take time to unwind. A series of sessions allows us to build trust, deepen body awareness, and support lasting change.


What Happens in a Session?

Every session is unique and guided by your needs on the day.

You may experience:

• Whitiwhiti kōrero – gentle, insightful conversation
• Hands-on healing bodywork
• Rongoā-inspired plant wisdom and guidance
• Nervous system calming and relaxation
• Optional self-care suggestions for daily life

You remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout.

There is nothing you need to achieve.

Just arrive as you are.

My Approach

I believe the body already knows how to heal. Every cell is part of a living, changing system — always renewing, always becoming.

Your body is a living temple.

A healer’s role is not to fix you, but to hold a safe space where you can soften, release, and return to your natural state — deeply in alignment with who you are.

Why Work With Me?

My mahi is shaped by a lifetime of living close to nature, food, seasons, and community care.

I grew up in Guangxi, Southwest China, where wellbeing wasn’t separate from daily life — it was how we lived.

Today, I bring together Tai Chi, Qigong, Rongoā Māori, yoga, meditation, and over a decade in law — blending depth, clarity, and care in everything I do.

Clients often feel both deeply held and gently guided in my healing space.
