I made this balm because I wanted to gift my beloved friends ,myself and my pepi something deeply nourishing, conveying loving, tender care. And I made extras . As my rongoā kaiako teaches, to practice rongoā we start with ourselves, our whānau, and then the wider community. These extra lip balms are for anyone who would like a wairua-rich, nourishing gift.

As a hāpu mama, I also want to turn my passion into my mahi—supporting myself and my pēpi while keeping the mātauranga flowing and growing.
