Hi, I’m Jingjing.

I teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong in China, the UK, and New Zealand. Tai Chi became part of my own healing journey, and I now share it as a way to help people restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with their body in a safe and natural way.

My teaching style is simple, grounded, and accessible — especially for beginners and those navigating fatigue, stress, or physical discomfort.
