Good Morning, Tai Chi is a welcoming morning session open to all levels, from complete beginners to returning students. This class offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a grounded Tai Chi practice at your own pace.
Each session begins with Tai Chi basics and fundamental movements as a gentle warm-up, helping you settle your breath, align your posture, and awaken the body. We then focus on learning and refining one or two Tai Chi forms, allowing time to explore movement, flow, and internal awareness rather than rushing through sequences.
Whether you are new to Tai Chi or revisiting the foundations, this class encourages steady learning, easeful movement, and consistency over time.
