Start your day with a nourishing blend of Qi Gong Classic and Tai Chi fundamentals, designed to help you feel grounded, energised, and balanced.
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese health practice rooted in Chinese medicine, focusing on cultivating life force (Qi) through gentle movement, breath, and awareness. In this class, we also introduce Tai Chi foundational principles, supporting posture, coordination, and flow.
Morning is the ideal time to practice, when the body is more open and receptive. This session can stand alone as a complete self-care practice, or complement your Tai Chi journey.
This class is especially suitable for beginners, as well as those returning to movement or seeking a gentle, supportive practice.
With regular practice, you may experience:
-Improved balance and coordination
-Better circulation and energy flow
-A calmer, more regulated nervous system
-A clear, grounded start to your day
