This 10-week course combines Tai Chi, Kung Fu fundamentals, and functional fitness to help you:

π Duration: 1.5 hours per session
π Location: Tahunanui Community Hub
π Starts: 13 February to 24th April (exclude Good Friday)
π° Price: $20 drop-in | $15 per session (when committing to the course)
π₯ Suitable for adults under 60 (or those comfortable with moderate physical conditioning)
β Beginner-friendly β no prior martial arts experience required
